Come and join one of the following:
Female Strength Workshop - Thursday 8th March: 5:30pm-6:30pm
Foundations of Powerlifting - Tuesday 6th March: 6:00pm-6:30pm, 6:30pm-7:00pm
All you have to do is come and register your interest at reception to get involved!
Need an 8 Week program to get you back on track?
We are also offering an 8 Week Bootcamp!
