My career in fitness was fuelled by my ambition to inspire meaningful and positive change combined with the satisfaction and joy I have experienced during my own fitness journey. My approach to fitness unfortunately does not involve any secret shortcuts or obscure rainforest berries. Instead I focus on teaching you how to overcome three barriers to change: Not knowing, not able, not willing.
Having an understanding of the different facets of fitness will allow you to justify the effort required and inspire a greater interest in physical improvement. Continuous demonstration and correction will allow you to perform in a safe manner and increase your overall confidence and belief in your fitness abilities.
A willingness to change will only come once you have developed a sense of how and why. Through your new found performance ability and knowledge, you will realise that your goals are achievable and that you will enjoy the journey every step of the way.
