I began my career in the fitness industry back in 2012 when I realised the importance of maintaining a healthy body and mind. A physically and psychologically fit body will ensure a balance in everyday living and prolong an individual’s independence.  

Earlier in my career my focus was on the aesthetic component of the fitness industry. I found that incorporating an effective training regime and maintaining a smart diet helped me achieve a body that was stage ready. This motivated me to compete in a body building competition early 2014 and I was fortunate enough to place 1st, 2nd and 4th in different categories of the competition.

My focus then shifted towards my clients in terms of strength progression and rehabilitation. To further my education and scope of practice, I began my Exercise Physiology degree at UNSW.  Seeing my clients push themselves and surpass their initial goals keeps me passionate about achieving my own academic goals, allowing me to further assist my clients.
