Hi, My name’s Mike. My main role is a personal trainer, but I combine this with group fitness and specialised groups to change things up. I love new challengesand can easily adapt to a wide range of clientele as I have been in the industry for over 10 years.
For optimal gains in size and strength having the correct intensity is key. It doesn’t matter if you’re a complete beginner of have several years training under your belt, I can create a program to push you to the next level. The finer points of your technique will be refined, which makes a big difference over time.
As far as weight loss goes I can give detailed feedback on your diet as well as the ideal training program. Sweating it out in the gym is only a piece of the puzzle when it comes to weight loss. I have a holistic approach, so get ready to fill out a food diary. I want to know everything!
I have a good understanding of the body as my background is in remedial therapy. An injury might slow down your training, but you can work around it most of the time. I believe that it’s important to include maintenance routines into your training to prevent injury before it happens. If something doesn’t feel quite right and you’re not sure what to do give me a call!
