Having an athletic background in swimming, long distance running and triathlons being fit has always been a part of my life. Because of this I strongly
believe that our bodies were designed to move! Fitness is not an 8 week
challenge to lose weight – it’s a lifestyle and a necessity for being well, avoiding chronic disease and enjoying what life has to offer. I therefore advocate for a consistent, individualised and lifestyle friendly approach when giving nutrition advice and planning workouts.
Being an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Sports Dietitian, working with the NSW Waratahs Rugby team and individual athletes including professional boxers and triathletes I am experienced in providing nutritional advice to improve sports performance and manipulate body composition. My previous nutriiton appointments have included working in oncology as well as general weight loss, IBS, allergies and intolerances.
