Having been an elite athlete myself (4 x World Championship representative for Australia in Synchronised Ice-skating) I naturally progressed into the health and fitness industry. During my sporting career I learnt the importance of pilates, physiotherapy and personalised programming for fitness training.
I believe that health and fitness require a holistic approach and individualised support from an experienced health professional. I have had many years’ experience and enjoy sharing my knowledge and motivating others to be the healthiest, happiest and strongest version of themselves.
Completing my Masters in Physiotherapy has further consolidated my understanding of injury rehabilitation and lifting technique correction. I have always emphasised core stability as the base for training whether you are here to rehabilitate an injury, train for a competition or for general fitness and strength training.
I aim to program both effectively and for your enjoyment to ensure your health and
fitness become part of your everyday life.
