Did you know? When you join UNSW Fitness and Aquatic Centre, you get a free full induction including a guided tour, explanation of all the facilities and services we offer, and a fitness member program.
Based on your health and fitness goals, one of our qualified fitness staff will select an appropriate training program for you so that you can make the most of your membership.
But that’s not all—we know it can be difficult to stay motivated, which is why now offer free Fitness Member Program Sessions every day of the week. If you’re struggling to stay on track, come have one of our friendly fitness staff review your program and provide individualised suggestions for improvement so that you can speed up your progress.
Not only will you learn about correct technique and proper use of gym equipment, but you will also gain a better understanding of different types of training programs. With sessions available in the morning, lunchtime and evening, there’s no excuse not to make a change today.
How long is each session?
Each session is 30 minutes long.

Where are these sessions held?
Sessions are held on the gym floor. Just ask one of our fitness staff or see reception.
How much does it cost?
These sessions are free for all fitness members.
